We are Dr. Liliane Papin (Ph.d, Lic.Ac., D.O.M.) and Didier Cuzange, vegan and macrobiotic chef. We will be conducting discussions on nutrition, health, and herbology according to Chinese medicine. We will also offer cooking techniques and recipes, while personal stories and experiences will highlight the discussion with humor and wit.
